Enhancing community health & wellbeing, everyday. 

Everyone deserves a magic moment in their day and we believe it is found in a real meal. Not just food for fuel, but something special to look forward to. Food that’s healthy, wholesome and never boring. Think exciting dishes made by our chefs, inspired by cuisines from around the world. 

For us, delivering meals is a great way to help South Australians live well and remain socially connected. It’s why we work by the motto ‘Celebrating Food Daily’. Improving lives this way is all made possible thanks to our dedicated volunteers, whom we hope you’ll soon meet. Whether you need meals delivered or are looking for opportunities to socialise with like-minded people, Meals on Wheels SA has a range of services to help.

Meals are cooked daily in our local kitchens and prepared and frozen for freshness at our state-of-the-art commercial kitchen in Hilton.

We believe a real meal is something to look forward to. At Meals on Wheels SA, our friendly volunteers deliver delicious three-course meals to your door with a smile. Healthy communities are thriving communities, and change starts with supporting people to live well. Enjoy a range of individual and group-based activities where you can chat over a cuppa or build your cooking confidence while making new friends. We also provide health services and equipment for people in need of additional support.
