There are plenty of programs to get involved with, either at home or in groups of friendly locals.

Enjoy a social visit at home from a friendly volunteer. Commonwealth Home Support Programme recipients may also access allied health services, aids and equipment.

Group support

Group support

Fresh meal delivery

Every fresh meal delivered is an opportunity for connection. In addition to having a friendly chat, our volunteer deliverers provide wellbeing checks free of charge.

At Meals on Wheels SA, we recognise each person has individual goals and preferences, which is why our range of flexible services can be tailored to you. We are happy to have a chat about your questions and unique needs so we can recommend appropriate supports. Please be aware that our services are available from Monday to Friday, and are subject to availability across our various branches.
